The Pedronis have been living in Rubbiara since 1862 and after 6 generations they are the living guarantee of the tradition underlying the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP.
The Vineyard nourishes alone the production of Wine and Balsamic Vinegar and in the Acetaia grapemust and time melt together to give life to the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale.
The visitors have a chance to live each stage of production from the Picking of the grapes, through the cooking of the Must and the ageing inside Batteries of wooden barrels. And they can taste the dishes of the Modenese tradition in the family Osteria
