The "chersenta" dialect translated into crescentina, is a type of bread typical of the Modena Apennines. Considered in all respects the ancient mountain bread, is a specialty that has been handed down for centuries. Crescentine: raw to cook at home, cooked empty; stuffed with meats, vegetables, cheeses, jams, honey and Nutella.
