Farm breakfast with a visit to the grazing animals, the old mills, and the agriturismo

The morning will begin with a walk through fields cultivated with ancient grains—precious varieties such as heirloom soft wheat, einkorn, golden saragolla, and the noble Senatore Cappelli.

You will have the chance to observe up close the work of the mill, where these grains are stone-ground.

A hearty breakfast will be served, featuring both sweet and savory baked goods, accompanied by coffee and fruit juices.

The experience will continue with a visit to the farm animals, who freely roam and live in harmony with the environment, contributing to the natural cycle of the farm. Throughout the visit, Riccardo, the owner and co-founder of Azienda Agricola Bersana along with his wife Sonia, will share stories about the farm and its sustainable practices.
