Cantina del Frignano is an organic winery certified by VinNatur, located at 500 meters above sea level in the hills of the Modenese Apennines. With 5 hectares of vineyards cultivated using the Guyot training system and entirely hand-tended, the winery produces a wide range of natural wines — from Traditional Method and Ancestral Method sparkling wines to still reds and dessert passiti — with a strong focus on native grape varieties such as Malbo Gentile.
Founded in 1993 as “Cantina di Boni Luigi,” the winery is now run by a new generation that blends innovation and tradition, offering wine tourism experiences open to all.
