A single visit offers a chance to discover the background to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena and al about the most typical local wines, such as Lambrusco Grasparossa and Pignoletto, obtained from our organically cultivated vineyards. During your visit you will be given the chance to taste our Traditional Vinegars and a selection of our most representative wines, accompanied by a selection of typical local produce.

We are organically-cultivated wine producers in Castelfranco Emilia, and we turn our grapes into Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena PDO and DOC wines typical of this area.
