ACETAIA LA BONISSIMA is testimony of the De Pietri ’s family passion, which they have cultivated for the production, of "Balsamic" since the beginning of the last century.

Since those days, at the end of the grape harvest this ritual has been performed every year. Franco, Donatella with his sons Francesco and Alessandro, the latest generation of the family, who breathes in the unmistakable fragrance released by the large containers in which the freshly pressed grape juice is cooked over a low heat.

ACETAIA LA BONISSIMA, which has a touch of family character, over many years has always followed the traditional spirit at every level of production as well as preserving the special details in the packaging and presentation of the product, which is constantly original and innovative and is reserved for the gastronomic and food specialists.
Old and young without any distinction have appreciated our "Balsamic", in its range of quality over many years. It can be enjoyed with any meal from aperitif to the finest desserts, and the oldest ones have even been taken as a form of meditation and relaxation.
