The activity usually takes place in the morning starting at 10:30 AM.
However, upon request, it is possible to arrange alternative times depending on the artisan’s availability.

This experience will immerse you in the atmosphere and scents of an old-world workshop.
During the two-hour, you will learn the secret recipe to create the famous tortellino keychain, which you can take home as a souvenir of your trip to Modena. We will do what a good "Rezdòra" (cook) typically does to prepare a great dish of tortellini, the only difference being that we will be working with leather instead.
The creation of the tortellino will take place in several stages, from cutting the leather to its manual crafting with traditional leatherworking tools.
