Nestled in the greenery of the Modenese Apennines, the Borgo di Lavacchio combines nature, history, and contemporary art. The meeting point is beneath the majestic medieval tower, once used as a lookout and defensive structure, and now a symbol of the local heritage, open to visitors on this special occasion. Participants will have the opportunity to enter and climb the tower, equipped with safety helmets, headlamps, and protective gloves, in order to admire the stunning panoramic views from the top floor. Since the 1980s, Lavacchio has also been transformed into a true open-air museum thanks to the work of Italian and international artists, who have embellished the façades of the village houses with murals, mosaics, and sculptures. These artworks create a unique artistic trail that blends harmoniously with the historic architecture of the borgo.

Access is by reservation only and includes a guided tour. Reservations will be accepted until all available spots are filled.
