TYPE OF STRUCTURE
The Paper Mill Hotel with its 2 conference rooms, with possibility of video conferencing, is prepared to receive and organize meetings and conferences from 20 to 200 people. The rooms are equipped with TVs from 42 ", video projector, sound diffusion system, microphones and wireless microphone bench, WiFi Internet connection, CD player, DVD player and video streaming and conferencing via IP address.

To make it a pleasant and professional business meeting, you may request buffet, lunch or dinner tastings to offer guests a full service. The uniqueness of an event is a stimulus to understand and realize the expectations.

EQUIPMENT
The recent restoration, supervised by the Savings Bank of Vignola and the first of the FoundationVignola later, made it possible to make available to tour the entire building and the implementation of two conference rooms in the basement of the Rock: the one, the Hall of Opposites, with 250 seats and the other, the Hall of the Big People, with 50 seats.
Use of the meeting is subject to specific regulations.

Coffee-breaks, buffets and refreshments by the applicant, using catering company. Inside the fortress there are rooms equipped kitchen.
