Acetaia Arletti

Acetaia Arletti is a family-run vinegar factory in Modena since 1947. It produces balsamic vinegar according to the traditional method.

GUIDED TOURS: free guided tours for individuals with reservation. The visit includes a tasting of 30 years aged vinegar. On request it is possible to organize visits with a more elaborate tasting for a fee. For detailed information contact the vinegar factory directly. The visits are in Italian and English. Tours last 30 min.
