ACETAIA COMUNALE "VINCENZO GUALDI"

The vinegar factory was donated by Mr. Famigli (former president of the Secchia Park Authority) to Professor Francesco Saccani, in 1997. Acetification and preparation work was carried out for the insertion of must and start-up of the battery, consisting of 7 new barrels of different capacities and woods. The must is donated every year by the Cantina Sociale di Campogalliano, with continuation of the annual maintenance activity up to today.

GUIDED TOURS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 15 PEOPLE: Saturday and Sunday by reservation only. The duration of the visit is approximately 1 hour.
