The charming Acetaia di Giorgio is located under the roof of the old residence (1860) of the 14 Barbieri brothers and sisters, just a few kilometers from the Modena city centre. The tradition of the Acetaia in our family was – and still is – a lifestyle: a gene that is transmitted from generation to generation. It keeps in its barrels all the charm and seduction of ancient rites.

FREE GUIDED TOURS ARE MADE FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS: the duration of the visit is approximately 1 hour. Tasting of different types of ABTM D.O.P.

GUIDED TOURS FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 50 PEOPLE: for groups of more than 10 people a participation fee of € 10.00 per person is required (any tour leader excluded). During the tasting, a combination of ABTM D.O.P. is also served. and Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. The duration of the visit is approximately 1 hour.
