Villa San Donnino is a small vinegar factory founded in 1947 and specilized in the making of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and other dressings. The attachment to tradition and the trasmission of the profession from father to son, have allowed to widen the production and create a real tourist activity.

GUIDED TOURS: free visits take place, both for individuals and for small groups. The duration is about 1 hour and includes a guided tour of the vinegar factory and a tasting of 5 different products (white balsamic condiment, 6 year old balsamic condiment, 12 year old traditional Balsamic Vinegar, 25 year old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, balsamic jelly and 6-year-old ice cream with balsamic dressing).
Free visits are also held for larger groups (max 60 pax). The visit lasts about 2 hours and includes a guided tour of the vinegar factory and tasting of white balsamic dressing, 6-year-old balsamic dressing, 12-year-old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, 25-year-old Traditional Extra-Old Balsam Vinegar, balsamic gelatine and ice cream with 6-year-old balsamic dressing. years.
Visits are also offered for a fee of € 12.00 each + VAT for groups over 10 pax. They include a guided tour of the vinegar factory, standard tasting of the 5 vinegars and a buffet of mixed cold cuts with face, Parmigiano Reggiano with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, 6-year-old ice cream with balsamic dressing and drinks (water and local wines).
