Umberto Panini historic cars and motorcycles collection
Over time, it has become a unique point of reference for all enthusiasts, and starting from mid-2025, in its newly renovated exhibition spaces, it continues to honor the rich motoring heritage of the Motor Valley.
At the heart of the collection is an extraordinary selection of Maserati cars, tracing the evolution of the brand from its origins to the present day. Among these are several iconic and rare models that embody the excellence of Italian and Modenese engineering and design—such as the legendary 420M/58 “Eldorado” from 1958, a single-seater built for the international “500 Miglia di Monza,” notable for being the first racing car to feature sponsorship from a company outside the motorsport world.
Another highlight is the A6GCS “Berlinetta” by Pininfarina, a true gem of automotive design produced in just four units.
The Maserati Umberto Panini Collection is a place where the passion for motors is passed down through generations, preserving the memory of a golden era while celebrating Italian ingenuity. With its latest configuration, it marks a true rebirth of Maserati’s legacy in Modena, establishing itself as an essential destination for Trident brand enthusiasts and offering a rich, immersive museum experience.
