Villa Boschetti

The feudal building of the Boschetti Counts was built in the XV century and converted into a villa in the XVI century. The rear of the building is adorned with a lovely loggia.
The inside boasts visible friezes, frescoed vaults and a large fireplace. Beside the villa is the "rocca", or fort, which was recently transformed into a hotel.

How to get there
By car: take the Modena Sud exit off highway and follow the directions for Bologna turning into the state road S.S via Emilia, then take the provincial road S.P. 14 to Castelfranco Emilia.
By train: from the Modena train station take the city bus no. 7 to the centre, then at the Bus station take the inter-city bus for San Cesario Sul Panaro.
