Hop on our comfortable bus departing from the Modena train station and dive into a unique food and wine experience! In just one day, you'll visit two outstanding local producers and discover the secrets of Modena’s culinary traditions through guided tours and tastings.
 

What you can expect from this tour: 

  1. Visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese factory: Discover how one of the most iconic Italian cheeses is made, from the arrival of the milk, to the boiling process, to the aging rooms. At the end of the visit, enjoy a tasting that includes different agings of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

  2. Visit to an "Acetaia": where the renowned traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted. Discover how "the black gold of Modena" is made and enjoy a tasting of different types of traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena.
