Historic entrance of the Townhall and tourist information office (IAT)

The Tourist information Office is located inside the Town Hall, the historic residence consists of an aggregate of a number of seventeenth-century buildings constructed with different functions in medieval times.

Touristin Modena can begin his visit to a place that represents a piece of history of the city.

To underline the rich history of the first room, dedicated as reception and tourist information, the two adjoining rooms were created with mirrored coatings that reflect all the past content narrated in the great room.
The room with the large central pillar, commonly known as "ice-house", is used for the reception and hotel booking and includes free use of internet computers, a small library, and a bookshop.


Opening times:

from Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm; on Sunday and Holidays from 9.30am to 6.00pm. Closed 25 December and Easter Sunday.
