The Terramare Park of Montale reopens
On Sunday, September 14th, the Park will reopen to the public after the summer break!
The program includes events curated by archaeologists and experts who will guide visitors through the many aspects of life in a Bronze Age village dating back 3,500 years.
To enrich each visit, workshops for children and young people (ages 6–13) are designed around various themes, making the learning of ancient knowledge and new discoveries both fun and effective.
Experts who contributed to the reconstruction of the Park’s dwellings, based on archaeological data, will reveal the secrets of ancient construction techniques. Meanwhile, children will take part in a hands-on workshop using natural materials such as reeds, branches, clay, and sand to create their own village hut using collage techniques.
