Exhibition of Renaissance dresses

The permanent exhibition of Renaissance dresses is housed in Palazzo Rangoni and is dedicated to poet Torquato Tasso who was guest of marquis Rangoni.

Fashion and poetry from the past, a permanent exposition of Renaissence-style clothes by “Dama Vivente Association”.

The costumes used on the occasion of the historical commemoration are shown in the exhibition named “Fili D’Oro a Palazzo” (Golden Yards at the Palace). Gorgeous costumes with precious embroidering, silk textiles, velvets, satins, feathered hats and headdresses can be admitted in a charming and evocative environment. A stage that leads visitors into a renaissance atmosphere, the same atmosphere that surrounded the young Torquato Tasso at the Rangoni court in Castelvetro.
