The part of Italy, long known as “Motor Valley,” includes Modena, Bologna and other cities in the Emilia-Romagna Region, where the great Italian automobile factories were founded and became famous the world over.
Here, it is said, “the passion races.” The legendary heroes of speed were born here, and their names still set the hearts of automobile buffs afire.
Our “Motor Valley” excursion lets you discover the world of high-performance automobiles. This journey through museums, galleries, and collections puts visitors front and center for a direct, heart-pounding experience of custom-built and vintage autos and of the speed and excitement of competitive racing.
If you’re ready to enter Motor Valley, this trip will introduce you to the places, the personalities, and the automobiles that have become legends!

We can help you book all your experiences and make the absolute best of your days in Modena.
We begin with Maserati, one of the most fascinating automobile manufacturers in the world and the producer of elegant, Italian-made autos of immense style and luxury. And, of course, we’ll make a stop in the showroom.
If you’d like to spend more time getting to know the cars that bear the famous Maserati Trident logo, a factory tour is another option. For this tour to the heart of the company’s production floor, reservations are also required.
For all the details on either excursion, and to explore booking options, contact us or consult the "Experiences" section of our website.
When you’ve completed your visit to Maserati, continue on foot to the nearby Enzo Ferrari Museum.
Both modern and avant-garde, the Maserati Showroom exhibits car of a variety of designs as well as an exclusive shop. Reservations are required for a forty-minute guided tour that will introduce you to the history of the Maserati firm and show you the unique details of the supercars on display to visitors.
The second day of this thrilling excursion for automobile buffs begins with a side trip to Maranello and to the heart of the Ferrari legend. At the conclusion of your visit, treat yourself to a delicious lunch in this mythic land. Restaurants, pubs, and other eateries offer typical local culinary specialties that are still prepared according to tradition. After lunch, it’s time to head to San Cesario and the Pagani Automobile Factory.
Let’s move now to the Province of Bologna for the last leg of our itinerary. Just twenty minutes from San Cesario is the headquarters of another firm that has made automobile history! Can you guess which one? Here’s a clue: think of the Diablo, the Huracán, and the Aventador.
Obviously, those names can only mean Lamborghini, the producer of luxury sports supercars in Sant'Agata Bolognese. If you then really want to fully immerse yourself in the history of Lamborghini, you should also visit the Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum in Funo di Argelato, a private collection owned by the Lamborghini family. In Bologna area we also recommend a stop at the Ducati Museum and Factory!
Ferrari Museum in Maranello
What awaits you here is a place that has become legendary—the Ferrari Museum—and a chance to immerse yourself in the extraordinary history of the “Prancing Horse,” Ferrari’s nickname and logo. The most famous Formula 1 racing cars are on display here, as are legendary sports cars, the automobiles of the Gran Turismo series, and road cars.
